Aircraft Dynamics Corporation is a family-owned manufacturer and marketer of tools, equipment, battery solutions and specialty products serving power utility transmission and distribution personnel (linemen), telecommunication, industrial, fire & rescue and other industries for over 40 years.Your role as an outside sales person will require you to sell manufactured and non-branded products in a multi-state area to, and interact with, a diverse spectrum of clients ranging from purchasing agents to small on site department personnel.End user customer contact is essential, with some point of contact sales, and product demonstrations.Our candidate must have the ability to maintain, establish and develop professional relationships, and ensure customers are receiving optimum service and technical support throughout all aspects of the order process.Also, as with any sales role, new business is integral to revenue growth, which will require identifying growth areas within the vast client base, establish new contacts /customers, and recognize opportunities within the geographical area and capitalize on them.
The successful candidate must enjoy and have some outside sales experience, and be willing to travel extensively (80%+).Our candidate must also have a strong mechanical aptitude, be independent, highly motivated, with excellent presentation and communication skills.Please do not apply for this position if you do not enjoy being on the road, traveling extensively, giving tool demonstrations and getting your hands dirty.
This position provides a base salary plus commissions, vehicle-van, 401K, profit sharing and benefits.
